Health Guarantee
The seller certifies that, upon receipt, the dog is in good health and has been immunized and wormed according to the accompanying heath record of said dog.
The buyer agrees to have the dog examined by your veterinarian at your expense within 72 hours of delivery. Veterinarian expenses and or medications are at the expense of the buyer. If the veterinarian does not give the dog a clean bill of health, buyer must notify the seller immediately. We must be informed immediately of the examination’s result by e-mail or telephone. No charges will be reimbursed unless we are notified and we approve prior to treatment. Seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by our veterinarian at our cost. Any condition that is minor, correctable, or a breed related minor condition is not covered and no condition which could go away, or is considered to be a condition which a puppy. will likely grow out of is also not covered.
If the dog is then found not to be in good health, Seller will resume possession if this is agreeable to both parties. In any case, for reimbursement or replacement (this choice is seller’s option), the puppy must be returned to Seller if so requested. All registrations and rights of ownership are then transferred to Seller. Buyer agrees to pay all shipping and related costs for returning the puppy and receiving the new one (or full refund of puppy price), or any related costs due, prior to monetary reimbursement. Seller does not accept responsibility for contagious disease diagnosed after 3 days from date of purchase. Hip and elbow dysplasia, pathological spinal disorder, or any other congenital defects or inherited disorders of a life-threatening nature is covered from 0-12 months. Any physical conditions that could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee. Your dog has been tested and examined for many conditions to assure his health. Heat stroke, exhaustion, dehydration and other heat related conditions are not covered in any way. Remember that some dog breeds can over heat quickly and easily and may die as a result of over heating.
Shipping expenses will be paid for by the buyer and will not be reimbursed for any reason.
This guarantee is non-transferrable and is by and between the breeder and the customer who has initially purchased this puppy.
This contract constitutes the full agreement between buyer and seller. It shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Missouri and any legal action must be brought in the county of Howell, state of Missouri.
**We sell the best quality puppies possible and all measures have been taken to ensure the bloodlines are as close to perfect as can be :) We DO NOT expect there to be any issues at all with any of our puppies, but have to state the above guidelines just incase. Don’t worry, we don’t expect to ever have to worry about an imperfection with one of our puppies. You will be MORE than happy with the newest addition to your family from us!!**
